Triplets Dyeing Easter Eggs

I finally got around to editing the pictures I took on Good Friday of the trips dyeing easter eggs with Gretch and their Bubba. Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of the finished product, but I did get some good action shots.

KJ Playing T-Ball

Today was KJ's turn at T-Ball. Juli just wasn't that interested, but KJ played for a good while, until the wind picked up and he couldn't keep the ball on the tee. He showed some pretty good form as well, after I told him to hold the bat with both hands.

T-Ball

We bought the kids a T-ball set recently, but with all of the rain we've been getting, we haven't had the chance to get outside and try it out. Today was the day. I thought KJ would really enjoy it, since he's a boy and loves to hit the crap out of things. To my surprise, it was Juli who really took to it. She had a blast and at times showed pretty good form for a three-year-old. We might have a future slugger on our hands here! Check out the video.

Sleeping Beauty

Things have been a little rough around here lately. I had bronchitis last week. And the kids all have it now. On top of that, Juli has a double ear infection. Needless to say, sleep is a rare commodity around here.

Early this morning I awoke to the sound of a whimpering Juli. I stumbled up the stairs, into her room, hugged her and asked her what was wrong. She told me her ear hurt. I told her that I would go get her some medicine. I stumbled back down the stairs to the kitchen to get her motrin. After fumbling with the medicine dropper and child (sleepy adult) proof cap, I made it back up the stairs to find her peacefully sleeping.

We'll be keeping the medicine next to her bed from now on.

Feeding the Triplets

Michelle over at Triplets Plus One = Four Times The Fun shared a video that another triplet dad, Nate Jennings, posted to YouTube, and I thought I'd share it here, too.

That brings back so many memories. I wish I had recorded our feedings when our triplets were that young. I did record a few of their meal time adventures when they got older.

Nate, this is what you have to look forward to!
